2.WHAT IS THE PAYMENT TERM?
Normally we accept T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery. L/C, Western Union, and online payment are also
acceptable.

3.WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
For large quantity orders we delivery the shipment by sea, for urgent small orders we can delivery by plane or by express. We are also able to do delivery duty paid price, just provide your delivery address or destination port and leave us for the rest works.

4.HOW IS YOUR FACTORY PRODUCTION CAPABILITY?
We have complete set of production equipment including automatic injection line, cutting line, bending machine, polishing line, welding machine. with the help of partners, we can also provide tooling, aluminum anodizing, holes punching, power coating, etc.

5.CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE PRODUCTS FOR MY ORDERS?
Yes, every single door we made is customized product for our customer. if you need a specific spare part which is not in our products inventory, you can send us drawings or samples of your product, and we can build mold for it.

6.DO YOU HAVE MQO REQUIREMNTS?
We don’t have MOQ requirements, if you need price, please let us know the order quantity so we can send you best offer.

7.HOW LONG IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
For small order of roller shutter and folding doors, it will take 5~7days, for polycarbonate slats orders, it will take 5000pcs/day or 3000meters/day. if you need the shipment urgently, we can boost the production speed.

8.WHAT IS THE WARRANTY?
5years for polycarbonate slats roller shutters and folding sliding doors, if there is quality problem, please send photos or videos when you received the shipment for replacement.
